High School Rugby Preseason Camp

High School Rugby? Yes! There is now a High School rugby league in the Ocean State, and both a boys and a girls team are forming on Aquidneck to play in the Spring season. They will play against at least three other schools in Olympic-style seven-a-side tackle rugby. Coaches and administrators are credentialed and certified by USA Rugby to teach the sport safely at the high school level. Interested parents or players should contact fightinquahogs@gmail.com. No experience needed...in fact rugby is one of the few sports available for kids to start in high school yet be sought-after at almost any college or later on an adult club.
