Job Contract

Dear All
Before two years I got a job in one of Saudi Arabian Company, and I transferred to that company(Before I was working with another company and they give me release). Now I as my contract is finishing in this month I want to resign this job and get transfer from my current employer. Please give me information that is it possible that I will get release from current employer because the management is not cooperating....
