Letters from Otto Frank: A Q and A with Cara Wilson-Granat
Thomas Cooper Library
1322 Greene Street, Columbia, South Carolina, 29208, United States Mapa
12-year old Cara Wilson-Granat wrote Otto a letter and was surprised to receive a response. She replied again, and the correspondence blossomed into a decades-long connection. Now, this correspondence finds a perfect home as the founding donation of the Anne Frank Center Archive at the University of South Carolina.
Cara Wilson-Granat will speak about her experience getting to know Otto Frank. Accompanying Cara are two other American teenagers who took up personal correspondences with Otto Frank: Ryan Cooper and Father John Neiman. Together, they will discuss their experiences and answer questions.
Copies of Cara's books will also be available for participants who wish to make a donation to the Center or purchase a copy.
Parking is available in the Bull Street Parking Garage.
