hi there, can anyone tell me on which website i can get information bout immigration ban frm abu dhabi,uae..
i worked in abu dhabi for 1 year and 3months, then resigned and had my visa cancellation last december 2010. im trying to get a visit visa again but the agency told me that i have immigration ban, was shocked becuase didnt thought of having one. please help me find a website wherein i can check if the ban really exist en how i got it,,

hi!
1. is it possible that a dubai visit visa can be issued if you have an existing immigration ban?
2. if a company has sponsored you and provided you a vist visa, but you did not enter the country, can the sponsor file a compalint like ban against you?

No absconding case against the person, if he is outside of the country.

The last case received to me was the same issue; which a person went to india on emergency and could not come back; the free zone company from Tecom area put absconding notice against the person; he got the information from his friends in this company. PRO also was his friend; who was on vacation when its happened. acting PRO did the legal things for him. his Friend, PRO, double checked and confirmed about the absconding report submitted by company.
and the same happened to one of my close friend. He went for vacation and did not come back. PRo for the company also my friend. As per him the Manager of that company filed some cases against him with support of his lawyer and put absconding notice. Now my friend cannot come back to UAE.

There will be no issues at all, as they CAN NOT file absconding case against you because you are outside of the country, and they have to clear your visa issue because it has been over for long time ago to submit any application to DNRD.

the case is complicated as they did not answer you. If they filed an absconding notice about you; then you could not come back to this country. If they just cancelled you without any troubles then no problem as immigration ban is for a max period of 1 yr on normal case.
So i prefer you to go for a luck checking while the new company try to apply for your visa. if you have any problems here; then of-course the visa will not get approved

Dear Sir,
I worked in abudhabi for 11 months from april 2008 to march 2009
after i went on emergency vacation to india because of serious problems. but i didnt return as the problem goes on for 2 months, i asked my employer that am not going to come back and i will stay in india. they didnt reply for my mail and also my call. so i thought its not a serious issue and i stayed in india and started to look for the job.
after i worked in lots of countries,now am getting good offers in dubai. so i want to know whether i can go back to dubai for job or i have a ban in my passport.how i can clarify it.
please help me in this.regards

UAE government has nothing to do with any other countries visa (iqama).
