Salary + Benefit package help

Hi,

I have proposed a project to an investor in Oman and to reduce his risk he has offered me a proportion of the project's profit + benefits and a basic 'pocket money salary' but has asked me to provide him with the numbers (amount of money) I want.
Speaking to some friends in my field who work in Oman I have found the average monthly salary for my expertise (technical background) in Oman is around OMR 4500 per month + benefits.

I have been offered the following benefits:
House
Car + Fuel + Insurance
Private Health Insurance
35 Days holidays
Food
1 Flights Home per year
Internet
Mobile
Visa

Could you let me know if I should ask for any other benefits?
Would OMR 1000 cover the rest of my costs (e.g cloths, sight seeing...)
The business will start producing within 6 months (3 months after construction)

Any tips would be highly appreciated.
