Hi, I wanted to start a business in Oman. I was doing some research on the matter and I came across an article at expatinfodesk.com stating the following for starting a new business in Dubai.
"A trading company must have legal documents to show that 51% of the shares is owned by a local and therefore, as such, an expatriate may only own the remaining 49%. "
Could you please let me know if it is the same for Oman, being a GCC country?
