Hi there! A friend of mine is thinking about buying a property in Spain. However with the current estate crisis he's not sure whether to do it now or wait a little longer. What's your opinion?

Well, certainly prices won't go down the cost of building, I'd recommend checking the price of new property in the area he is interested and try to get a discount to see how low the price can get.
