Why is nothing working in Spain??

I am getting nuts!!! Whatever I try to do in Spain - nothing works! You call a service provider, they say they call back - nothing happens. You order a DSL line - no reply after 4 weeks. Is it just my impatience or is this country just crazy??

    Compared to where I come from, I think things work quite fine in Spain!! :D

    Although Dora is right concerning that some things just don't work (or work only veeery slowly) here in Spain, I have to admit that it's a kind of a nice/funny experience to see how the things are managed here...everybody's just relaxed. Especially compared to the lifestyle in Germany (where everything is handled very strict).
