    Hi Radeya Global,

    Unlike other countries, Dubai is always exceptions by all means. From basic infrastructure to the sky scrappers Dubai is standing out of the margin. So by considering all these parameters, I personally can not say that Dubai properties are over priced.

    Hi All,
    Unlike 2014, 2017 is the perfect time to buy a property or even invest. Including EXPO, there are more reasons why 2017 will be the perfect time to buy properties in Dubai.
    I know a Real Estate Company who is genuinely providing investment advice.

One I know is Azizi Development they can guide you with all the information about property prices, location, and the reason you planning to buy home as a investment or someother. Get in touch with them and you will feel safe and helpful
