good pm to all., my friend put my name on her contract together with her name.,but shes the one who signed it. but her boss gave her an advance payment. now her boss make a complain and case. will i get in trouble as well because my name is on the contract?. but i did not sign it. i didnt even know she put my name on it until now. I'am in the philippines for a vacation and will be back this week. im scared to go back because of this. pls HELP me

Hi, Dont worry if your name is in any contract and u didn't signed then you will not get any problem or any legal problem.
Exmple--- If i am making a contract with any comany anywere in world if i will mention name of Brick Obama and Obama didn't singed any legal papers my friend took money and runaway do you think Obama will get legal actions.
You will never get any problem untill u r not granteer or singed any papers
So,no worries dear.
