I prefer to read blogs, it's easier and faster than finding the right book. Another advantage of a blog is that I can contact the author on the subject of interest, which is very convenient. Nowadays, there are a lot of blogs on a variety of topics because they are easier to create than a book. For example, I like constructor lego and I gladly re-read the blog Lego fan(https://legofanblog.tumblr.com/), where I find new, interesting and relevant information and news. If you take the same information in the context of books, it loses a bit of relevance until it comes out.
