Using the power of community and breath to unlock the personal and collective unconscious, allows us to explore the deepest aspects of Self, Spirit, and Universe. This is a breathing journey going deep within to connect with your Inner Wisdom. It draws on ancient healing and spiritual practice from around the world. A combination of everything I've learned ranging from breathing techniques, meditation techniques, forgiving yourself and loving yourself techniques, and lastly how to release what you don't want to make room for what you do want.
This is a guided breathing experience for you to get a sense of what breathwork is like.
