Mrs. Summit Korea 2023, Megan Myers presents: Courage on Tap!

Courage on Tap!; a women's self defense workshop that is open to all women who want to feel empowered, safe and in control of their destiny! As a pageant queen, Megan knows that confidence, discipline, and perseverance are key attributes to success.

During this workshop, led by Mrs. USOA Maryland Julia Chang, a 4th Degree Taekwondo Master, you will learn practical and effective defensive techniques that will boost your confidence and help you feel more prepared in any situation. With the assistance of Mrs. Summit Korea, Megan Myers, they will guide attendees through various hands-on drills, recognition of potential threats and the de-escalation of possibly dangerous situations.

The workshop will finish with an amazing board breaking class that will not only help you develop physical strength, but also mental fortitude and determination. You will learn how to overcome obstacles, face challenges head-on, and push through your limits.

Courage on Tap will be held in a supportive and welcoming environment, where you can connect with like-minded women and share your experiences taking those first steps towards becoming a stronger, more empowered you!
