Spanish Cooking Class

Are you ready to take your cooking skills to the next level?
Instituto Cervantes Albuquerque in partnership with the National Hispanic Cultural Center presents a new Spanish cuisine cooking class.
Come and join us on October 27th, 6:00pm at the Grand Hall (NHCC) and learn with us how to cook tasty and delicious recipes to surprise your friends, family and partners.
APPETIZER:
- Sopa Castellana (Castilian Soup)
MAIN ENTRÉE:
- Caldereta de cordero (Lamb stew)
DESSERT:
- Macedonia (Fruit Salad)
DRINK:
-1 glass of wine per person. Extra demand will be charged by Pop Fizz.
