- I just recently joined the Make A Future initiative. We are a job search portal supported by the British Columbia Public Schools Employers' Assocation, Ministry of Education and the 60 school districts. I like meeting people and talking to them about all the careers offered in BC's education sector. We need teachers, but we also need support staff, like accountants, IT professionals, custodians, carpenters, and speech language pathologists.
