I've been working in the Call Center Industry for 5+ years; and cited consecutively for exemplary customer service skills while employed with Nordia, Intellirisk Management (iQor), and Teleperformance-USA. I have maintained a perfect attendance record with all of my employers, and received consistent positive feedback from both customers and clients. Notably, I was promoted to Quality Assurance/Fraud Manager after only two months of being in a customer service position with TeleperformanceUSA/Marusa Marketing. I was also promoted to Senior Agent status while working at IntelliRisk (iQor) and was a pioneering representative with the Specialty Team. During my seven months with Nordia, I received a company record of eight awards initiated by customers who requested to have their satisfaction with my performance noted to my superiors.
