Greetings. I am an Episcopal/Anglican Priest 'in good standing' from the Episcopal Diocese of Chicago. I relocated to Verona recently after traveling back in forth for many years as my partner lives and works here. I am a dual citizen. I am aware that there is a lack of English speaking services here in Verona. Though I am not quite looking to plant a church at this time, I am looking for like minded persons who wish to share their spiritual journey with one another. As I am just now reach out to the the expat community, what this looks like is, well, it's a work in progress in which, I hope ,some of you would like to participate. Could be anything from sharing a meal, bible study, sharing in volunteer work around the city and/ or going on hikes together!
Currently, I have set up a FB page called Anglicans in Verona/Anglicani a Verona - it is and will remain a private group for reasons of confidentiality - providing a safe space should someone wish to share something deeply personal. Please keep in mind that this forum in NOT private.
