  Sorry John, I'm not in Novosbirisk myself, but I have a friend who is in Novosbirisk right now serving as an LDS (Mormon) missionary. I'm led to believe that Novosbirisk is a pretty big place, but maybe you've run into him or others like him? The missionaries are kind of hard to miss...
