Mindful Monday Mornings

Begin your week in a place of peace and serenity, a place to find calm, balance, and grounding. Each Monday morning, we offer a different experience: Sound Bath Meditations; Cacao Ceremonies; Tea Rituals; and "Earthing" - a time to connect with nature. Places In Time's indoor meditation and healing space is surrounded by nature (and a small pasture with a shy alpaca and four small goats). A nature path and outdoor meditation area invites you to take in nature's gifts and ground yourself to Mother Earth.
