I am moving to Berlin with my spouse from India in the first week of February..
I am looking for a flat for a short term, 60 to 90 days under 1000 euros.
Which all places should I consider for finding the accommodation under my budget.

Double your budget and you have a chance, or triple it and you‘ll have good choices!
