You can get new KSA visa if you have come on exit re-entry visa and failed to get final exit, only after your Iqama is expired. And, there is no 2 years entry restriction/ NOC policy exist now...

Dear All,
I got a 2 years contractual job in saudia in Feb, 2014 and went to my country after 5 months due to some family issue and didn't go back. My company gave me exit reentry visa . I'd like to know can I come back to KSA and join new employer without any issue or should I have to wait 2 years?

Aswk wrwb ... I was working in Dammam and due to some health issues I came on exit re entry in Nov 2014 and was unable to return to KSA. Now my exit re entry and Iqama both are expired. Can I return back to KSA anytime with any new company. Can my old kafeel ban me ... If yes then how to check the status whether my old kafeel banned me or no.

you shouldnt by anything its free just go to ministry of labor and they wll help you

Can anyone help/advice me how much will it cost if I terminate my contract, because my sponsor asking me to pay for them 10000sr for the iqama and visa..not included my ticket back to my country. Please I need your advice..thnks in advance..

The above said rule that people going on exit re-entry can come back to Saudi Arabia immediately after iqama expiry applies to Indians also? also, do you know examples of people who came back to Saudi like this. Because , it is usually a 1 (one) year ban. Please elaborate.
