Yes we have met quite a few brits living around the area,. The process is much more simple now, when we bought you had to set up a company, but yes the deal does go through same day, though you wait a few days I think for the documents.
Cash is quite usual here, much more dealings in cash than anything else, I assume you will have a translator with you. I know where Preselka is a very nice village, we are about 20 mins away. I did put my email address on but it appears to have been deleted. Are you on Facebook?
