    Hi Mr. Charles.

Is there a way for you to check my status in UAE immigration office if I'll give you my passport number?

    Thank you.

    Dear Ferry,

Your lifetime ban applies only in UAE. This will not stop you to work in other GCC countries. Remember, each GCC member state may have bilateral agreement in terms trade and economy. But each country will have its own immigration rules.

    Sincerely,

    Charles

    Dear Ja Nis,

I regret to inform you that if you had been in jail and has been deported you are most probably on black list. You may no longer be allowed to enter the UAE.

    Sincerely,

    Charles

Hi. Anyone from here who can answer re immigration ban? Honestly I was in jail at Al Awir Immigration back in July 2009 because of overstaying for 8 months after my visa cancellation from my previous company. I was inside for 19 days then deported to Philippines. I had my iris scan there. Can I comeback to UAE? Or is there any chance for me to comeback to UAE? I asked some of my friends who are still there working but they have different answers and I'm confused.
    I'll gladly appreciate. Thank you.

    You have to problems.

1st is that the visa is not canceled as per the previous company. We need to be sure that the visa has been canceled. If he is not canceled there is no chance that you can get a new visa.

2nd regarding the ban. If your friend is not canceled that means his labor card is still active. Hence, he is not on ban yet. If he cancels probably there will be a ban. The ban can only be lifted if he has a higher designation and salary. If he has high school or college certificate.

By default, the ban will be removed after six months.
