Hi I am new in Thessaloniki and would like to meet someone who is willing to show me the city. I am an art historian doing research at the University. I do not need someone to date, just a nice person who has time to show me the city, especially archeological sites, churches, museums.
PS. I can exchange the favor with a tour of Rome where I work as tour guide, in case you plan to go there..Thanks so much

Maybe I'm who you're looking for. I'm English, but I've been living here for a year and I'm into Greek history and culture in a big way. I know a lot about the sites and museums (like when to get in free). I try to go everywhere - so far Vergina, Pella, Dion, Philippi, Olynthos, Thassos... (I have a (battered) car), and the main sites and Byzantine churches in Thessaloniki. Would love to go to a site with someone interested.
