Hello everyone, one of our roommates is leaving and we have available a large furnished room (approx 12m2) with bedding, bathroom outside the room with permanent hot water (shared with an American woman), includes weekly housekeeping, wi-fi, water, light, gas, etc and it has permanent security. Availability of kitchen, laundry and common areas.
The apartment has 3 rooms. I am in the main room with my husband, in the secound room is an American Woman and we are seaking for the third room:
Woman, non-smoker, no visitors allowed, no pets, age between 20 and 25.
The location is excellent, very quite and beautiful place.
