study abroad to serbia

I plan on going to UC schools in america. Do they allow a foreign exchange program to Serbia? I looked on the list of countries where you can study abroad but Serbia was not on the list. Does anybody know if there is a way to get some type of foreign exchange program to serbia and still get college credit?
