Abhijna School of yoga is offering a 200 hour Ashtanga Yoga therapy and Hatha yoga teacher training in English and spanish from the 10th of October. The 200 hour yoga course is a comprehensive and challenging 4 week intensive intended to expose the student to the study of Asana, Yoga philosophy, Yogic Anatomy, Meditation and Pranayama.
Twin shared simple accomodation is offered on site to the students in the programe.The cost of the course is 1500 USD. The cost does not include food but one can dine at the Abhijna cafe for modest charges for the whole 4 weeks.
