From 1938 to 1949 Cafe Society played host to legendary names including Billie Holiday, Lena Horne, Sarah Vaughan and Count Basie.
Written by Alex Webb (Narrator / Piano / MD), featuring vintage vocalist Vimala Rowe and guitarist and vocalist Ciyo Brown, plus a swinging eight-piece band in this loving tribute to the first racially-mixed jazz club in the USA.
