Cape Cod 5k Run for the Library

The 41st Annual Cape Cod 5k Road Race to benefit the Osterville Village Library will take place this year! In order to accommodate guidelines on social distancing in the name of safety, a “virtual” road race has been set up. Details are available at www.cc5k.org. From now through July 18th, runners can follow the traditional route which starts in front of the library at 43 Wianno Ave. in Osterville, or if they prefer, can follow a route of their own choosing. Children and adults (even dogs!) are able to register and print out an official Cape Cod 5k bib. Following the race, log your time into the website and offer comments on your experience. Don’t forget to upload pictures! Prizes provided by local Osterville businesses will be awarded. Run as an individual, or part of a team. Proceeds benefit the Osterville Village Library as we work to meet our funding goals for the next fiscal year.
