Food Handling Courses (Category A & B ) are intended for those persons who are directly and indirectly involved in the preparation of food.
As per L.N 178/2001, all those that work in the catering industry require this license. Such as chefs, waiter, bar attendants, supermarket staff etc.
Our company Food Safety Assurance provides these courses by professional tutors for new applicants as well as renewals, recognised by the Maltese Health Department.
Applicants are issued license and certification by the Food Safety Commission of Malta
