We believe that yoga has the power to make everyone feel great, whatever their version of great may be. So we created a yoga experience that turns up the dials, an immersive hot yoga experience at 37 degrees. In a unique dimly lit pod, you will be surrounded by calming scent and relaxing beats to transport you to a place where you can feel your best.

On Saturday 25th March we have 3 free classes on offer during an open day:
Hotpod Flow @ 1:00pm
Nurturing Flow @ 2:30pm
Foundation Flow @ 5:30pm

Purchase an Open Day Class Pass (£5 refundable deposit. Refunded providing you attend class), then book on and you're welcome to attend all 3 classes if you like!
