The Delvenes serve up Melbourne-flavoured surf twang with a tasty band-next-door jangle. 
The bands' debut album "Sold On Spec" is chock full of sweet songs that are scuffed and bruised in all the right places.

Inspired by such luminaries as The Go-Betweens, The Buzzcocks, The Kinks, Big Star, Lucinda Williams and Parquet Courts, The Delvenes sound is sometimes fun, sometimes melancholy but always delivered with a whole lotta heart.
