North Vancouver, British Columbia, V7K 1G7, Canada Plan

This is a by-donation offering. This active but gentle self-care class will take you through a series of flowing movements with the added synergy of forest bathing, calming the mind and balancing the nervous system. Leave each session feeling calm and uplifted, and experience lasting benefits that continue beyond your time in class.

Use of repetition and novel patterns stimulates the brain's capacity for forming new connections (known as neuroplasticity). This results in a more resilient nervous system that is better able to handle the stressors of daily life.

Everyone is welcome, including beginners and those with limited flexibility.

Join us and start taking better care of your nervous system!

Location: Princess Park, North Van. We'll meet outside tennis courts and walk to a spot in the forest together.

What people are saying:

“The Best Yoga Practice I've ever had in North Vancouver. Artemis is a great welcoming teacher to all different levels of yoga. Her savasana is the most calming experience in all of Vancouver. I highly recommend her classes!” — Nicole W.
