I was a professor for 20 plus years at a culinary arts college and took an early retirement, donated pretty much everything that I can't fit into a suitcase to charity, my car is for sale and decided to check out the world starting with Amsterdam. Never been there, don't know a soul there, nowhere to live, and no job. Help!!
