i was assistant karate trainer , but since along time no practsing , i forget everythings. what kind of art you have ?

  Hi,

  I am practising a traditinal art of india, it is one of the dynamic art
  called tamil murai, we used to practice 26 type of floor push ups.

  I started exploring more on push ups in different parts of world.
  pls let me know if you know any thing new.

  We also introduced a simple walking technique, pls let me know if you r interested
