Kuwait Embassy in the Philippines

Poslano u Kuvajt forum

Hi everyone...
Any one here who can give me an idea how to send comments to that embassy..???? Negative comments... grrrr..
Sorry but really i had a worst experience on that embassy! for 4 days im always going back to that embassy..and nothing happen.. i just need my passport to be stamped so i can go to kuwait with my husband.. like at 4am that embassy opens at 9am.. so waiting for 5-6hrs outside the building without any security.. then the filling is just between 9am-11am! only 20person for one day.. so others are sleeping outside the building just to be first in the line.. i hope the filipino staff on that embassy will be more considerate with there fellow filipinos!!!

    Juan,

If you work in the Kuwait Embassy, or have a relative who works there, then your attitude should be helpful not defensive. Try explaining the Kuwait Embassy side without getting too emotional.

I am sure that if your rules are clear and properly disseminated then people would know what to do. Try posting the rules on the embassy website, I'm sure that would be helpful to your countrymen.

    Cheers!

I think before i post.. and you should be..
can i ask you do you experience going to that embassy and be an ordinary filipino that need there service? coz its not only me who experience that... dont tell that coz your just going to be corrected!
and im just sharing what i experience.. no offend to the staffs of that embassy but thats how i felt.. if there following strict rules why they start the filling late sometimes when i was there.. they start at 10am sometimes 10.30am.. even you call the embassy sometimes the operator is not sure for everything which is really disappointing.. and if that embassy at least have a website that informing the people what to do before going there then maybe no TIME, MONEY, EFFORT will be wasted.. and maybe if they have a number for the line then no need to be there at 4am.. even liason officer should be there very early even sleep overnight so they can be on the first batch..
one thing i experienced nice on that embassy, one of the consulate talked to me and helpful.. he dont know what is really happening outside and he feel sorry for that..
i dont want to coz harm.. i repeat i share what true experience ive been through..

the filing at the embassy is from 9am-12am(regular days)..10am-11am(ramadan period).the applicants doesnt have to be in the embassy at 4 in the morning.
i think the staffs are just following the rules and regulations of the embassy so the filers or applicants should follow it too, the embassy is very strict when it comes to time, for them to prepare the Documents that needs to be released.

the embassy used the COURIER when it was on DASMARINAS VILLAGE, for SECURITY reasons for the residents of dasma village. so theres nothing "FISHY" going on between the courier and the embassy.

the NOC/VISA and the PASSPORT should be stamped first before getting a booking certificate or airline for you not to waste your money.

the applicants can call the kuwait embassy to get the RIGHT INFORMATION, so that no one will waste their TIME, EFFORT and MONEY.

think before y'all post. i think all the staffs are exerting all their efforts to serve ALL the applicants, for the applicants to get their filed documents at the said date and time of releasing.

Think before y'all post.Verify all the information first before making false accusations and complaining.

Verify all the data and information first before making a move so that no one's TIME and MONEY shall be wasted.

Hi Cherrie, is your visa a dependent visa? what are the requirements did you accomplished? I've been reading all the comments regarding the processing of visa and it's kind a disappointing but I also need to be with my husband in kuwait.

im already here in kuwait for a month now..
i didnt get a service from a courier i did it by my self.. i went to the embassy for like 7 days.. the kuwait embassy dont have a courier.. if your in a province you could get an agency to do the job.. but if your in manila you can do it just you need to be early.. you should be there like at 4am so you will be in the first batch.. bring food and drinks.. coz you will be staying outside the building.. and a chair..
you need the NBI authenticated by the DFA and bring the visa in DFA coz they will check it first before authenticating the NBI clearance.. need the medical certificate.. photocopy all your documents.. im sure you know the contact # of the embassy.. what kind of visa your cousin have?? if visit no need to do this..
