hello everyone, im a filipino nationals with a hungarian wife, i am waiting for my residence permit to be issued. and i want to ask if im allowed to work on any EU countries or in UK or SWITZERLAND without any hustle? hope somebody can give me information....

Thanks for your reply we have hungarian embassy here in Islamabad, Pakistan i live in same city. Can she register our marriage there alone or we have to be together there on the time of registeration? invitation letter is no problem. problem is from here how to get visa. she should come back and talk with embassy ? what you people did? you are in hungary or still in india?

hi there yes we got married in india and then we registred our marriage in hungary ..after that we got hungarain marriage certi with that i am able to apply as family member of hungarain national ..then i dont have to pay visa fee.
after tat u need to get ur docs together and apply for C type visa and embassy will give u 90 days multiple entry visa if u succed after that u have to come to hungary and apply for resident card that takes 90 days after u subit ur docs and ur wife docs in the near by immigration center..
if u dont mind telling me where ur wife lives so that i can tell u where is ur immigration center cos she need to make a invitation letter from the bah ... for u ...
but i guess there is no hungarain embassy in pakistan .. so u have to submit ur papers in india anyhow ..its the only embasssy near to or else u have to find one in china ...
and do tell about ur situation ..ill help u whtever way i can ..

Hi rohin. Same situation i got also. You were in india married with hungarian. I saw your posts in first you were in india now you are in hungary i think. Can you guide me and tell me how you got visa all story please tell me. I m Waheed from Pakistan last month we married. My wife is hungarian.
