Long let shared place

is it possible to rent a room in a shared place for a long let , with the new renting laws ??

  The contract for a room or a bed in a shared roo can be only for 6 months. Not one day more, and not one day less. In the first month you cannot terminate the contract. After 1 month you can terminate by giving 1 week notice. Long-term contracts for 1 year or more can only be for whole properties.
