Important message,

While attending the interview in our own country for going abroad (KSA) kindly do not forget to ask the recruiter about your work contract ,whether it is a work contract between you and the direct company's employment contract or it is a employment manpower consultant contract if it is not do not accept the contract ,

The(Manpower consultant contractor) may recruit you in a good salary but you will not get any benefits like End of service, Bonus, and even if you want to apply for a Emergency vacation you have to pay a security deposit of SAR 6500/-to the man power consultant for going to the emergency vacation ,

The deposit amount will be pay back to you after once you return from the vacation. The question is paying 6500 riyal is not a huge matter! but while on the emergency situation ,what we will concern ? will we concentrate on our problem or will we do arrangement for 6500 riyal ?????
