End of service benefits

I am working past five years and seven months, I go vacation and come back company give release without any notice. now my iqama transfer another company .old company don't give any end service benefits
if anyone knows about this matter please help me

  They should have giving you at least two months notice paid period. Usually companies paying EOS after you transfer . You can request your EOS after you transfer to the new sponsor. If you want to complain them , you have to go to the Authority Elementary Labour office. Dammam , 10th Street with Hospital Street , Aladamah.
