Dear Bro,
You can pay visa extension fee online anytime on acct of Boarder no of visitors but for Extension of Visa it can be done not before 7 days of Visa Expiry date, visa extension is a very easy process now after launching of ABSHER services of moi.

The newspaper reports say that jawazat started the services of extending the visa, the current visa plus giving a fresh visit visa too. I think there are online portals which post the latest news items on Saudi Arabia current news about the rules of visa application. Better to pay directly to the bank rather than taking a chance with online payment.
