Final Exit Confusion

Hi friends. I am IN A HUGE PROBLEM. actually I WAS APPOINTED AS an engineer by my company . i got an engineering visa. On reaching KSA i applied fr iqama but Saudi council rejected my application because my degrees do not fall in their criterion . I have done MCA they need b.Tech.
Hence my company came up with a solution that they will sent me back to my country and later bring me back on another visa.

It took 3 months to get my final exit from Riyadh jawazat office.

Now my query is that some people say after final exit i may not be able to come back saudi ???
some say may be not for next 5 years???
some say no next day u can come back???

can anybody help

  As per the new law you can go and come on new visa no issue

  It is correct You can not go from higher to low visa

  OK thank u... Because since start everyone was saying there is a rule that you cannot apply a lower profile visa from a higher profile visa ..while it is permissible to go from a lower visa to a higher one....is that true????

  But earlier as i held a high profile visa(Engineer) now i will come on programmer visa. Is the conversion from high profile visa to low profile any problem from Saudi point of view???

  you can come agin thereis no problem
