Going to Uae from Riyadh by BuS in final exit

I am planning to go UAE from Saudi If my employer will issue a final exit permit, am I allowed to go directly to Dubai as tourist by BUS {(SAPTICO)}?
I will purchase a ticket from RIYADH, KSA to Dubai in this case. Will there be restrictions from the immigration both for Saudi and Dubai? Or do I need to go to my homeland first instead of going directly to Dubai from Saudi.
