Dear All Salaam...!
I’m Vinod K.Vishwakarma working as a (Electronics Engineer), came in Saudi Arabia 10th July 2008 on the visa of house driver (Initially I don’t Know about the profession of visa) all expanse was provided by sponsor.(all thing arranged by a agent who works for company in Mumbai )
Sponsor provide me appointment letter ( on Letter head on company) and job mention was Electronics Engineer the Appointment letter was attested by Chamber of commerce (Al-Ahsa Saudi Atabia) and contact of job was two year. Every thing was fine when I came here and went for medical test for my Iqama then I realize that my profession on
Visa is house driver. When I ask to sponsor he replied me its normal in Saudi Arabia
You are working as engineer no matter what profession is mention on the Iqama.
After that every thing goes fine. Now after finish my two year contact I don’t want work with him.(Because of the delay of salary and bad work environment.) Whiles hi mention on appointment letter that he will deliver my salary month by month.
Now problem is that I want to go India as final exit. He is not paying my salary for last four months and not Clearly answer that what time should be expect that he will arrange my final exit. Or pay my salary. Here I’m in problem that how I’ll arrange my personal expanses with out salary.
In this situation I want to know that can I take any legal action against him or not/what should I do in this situation.
So please help me …!

If you have 3 months pending salary, you can transfer to a new company. Just find a new job. they can do it. If you want pending salary and final exit. contact Indian embassy. they will help you. or get help in this group https://www.facebook.com/groups/Volunteers.ksa/

Dear Vinod,
1. First check the clause of ending the contract in your contract. Give your intention to end the contract in writing and take an acknowledgment. IDeally your contract will end when your Iqama expires. Give your "End of Contract Letter" 30 days before when the Iqama expires.
2. If the employer does not respond, you can complaint to the nearest Labor office. You can check the labor offices in your location on the internet. Give your complaint in writing.
3. If you do not know Arabic, you will have to take someone who can speak fluent Arabic for your translation. All Govt office communicate only in Arabic.
4. The Employer is bound by labor law Act to pay all your salary + End of Service Benefits + Return ticket to your home country + experience certificate.
