Please help:-- Quality System Coordinator- visa

I have been offered a job visa from a contracting company .The visa profession is منسق أنظمة جودة / Coordinator Quality System.My education qualification is BSc Computee Science.The visa has rejected by embessy for education certificate attestation.Please kindly advise if I attest my BSc Computer Science degree by Saudi Embessy can sort out all issues , ie the stamping... 
Note: During 2010 to 2015 , I wad employed in Al Jubail, Saudi arabia with two visas , first was a driver visa and second was a labour visa later changed the profession to Data entry.

Please advise in this.
