HAAD License for doctors

Can anyone give an advice or link or book how to prepare to the medical test to get the HAAD License for doctors?

    The only test I know for HAAD licensing is the pearson vue test which is done online but will be administered in an authorized testing center in your country.... here's the website http://www.vue.com/haad/
