Chocolate & Wine Matching Workshop in Leeds

Do you love chocolate? Do you love wine? If the answer to one, or both, of those questions is yes then you simply MUST come along to our special Chocolate and Wine evening!

Some people love to drink wine with their chocolate, but many others find that the two together can be an odd combination as chocolate can make wine taste drying and thin. But we have the solution! The key to matching wine and chocolate together is simply to combine the right wine with the right chocolate and that's where you can join in. On this excellent tasting we will be experimenting with a range of different wines including

Argentinian Malbec (famously good with bitter, dark chocolate)
Tawny Port (full of fruity nutty tones- perfect with sweeter milk chocolate)
PX Sherry (like alcoholic liquid raisins!)
And many more!

You will also have the opportunity to taste a range of different chocolates. Using specially prepared chocolate discs from the award winning chocolatiers at ChocolateTradingCo.com you will taste 8 different chocolates from lusciously sweet white chocolate all the way up to intensely bitter 99% coco solids chocolate.
