Paddle Fun Day

The Knik Canoers and Kayakers, Alaska DNR Office of Boating Safety, Alaska Pacific University, US Coast Guard Auxiliary, American Canoe Association and REI want you to try out a boat or two on Goose Lake and see how fun safe boating can be. The Kids Don't Float Program will be there to fit you in a life vest, and KCK will be grilling free hot dogs after you've paddled up an appetite. It's all free and a great introduction to paddlesports for families and people of all ages.
