We are currently recruiting freelance sales agents for our steel fabrication unit specializing in architectural metal works.Products include high quality architectural railings,claddings,engineered steel flooring and custom fabrications.

The Purpose includes the following:
- Identify visit to customers related to fabricated products, technical information and activities.
- Market & present the units effectively and competitively in the market.
- Gathering information on competitors and/or other marketing activities Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- maintain and build effective relationships with new and existing customers

Responsibilities:
Essential functions of the job include:
- Present and sell products/services to current and potential clients.
- Giving basic products and services information to customers.
- Achieve the assigned monthly target.
- Apply the customer loyalty approach and satisfaction survey.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
- Identify and resolve client concerns and complains.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of Markets, Trends, and Competitors.
- Build Solid Relationship Network with Opinion Leaders and Authorities Members.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up.
- Work as cooperative sales team member to accomplish the work required.
- Follow-up for collection of payment.

Key Performance Indicators
Having prior experience at one or more of the following fields:
Steel fabrication
Construction
Event / Exhibition stands
Marine
Interior Designing
Architectural consultancy

Skills
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelors or diploma degree, preferably in Marketing, Sales, and engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience at the similar sales background
- Proven successful sales track record at - construction, governmental, and international business.
- Knowledge of Markets or potential customers, Retail, Resellers, Corporate Integrator business and requirements
- Strong understanding of regional market and culture
- Market landscape of competitors and customers
- Fluency in English and Arabic language is preferable
- Having valid regional driving license is added advantage
- Ability to work from home with a telefax connection and high speed internet.
- Good appearance and high communication skills (verbal, physical)
- Computer proficiency
- Effective team player
- Reaching major clients or wide network of clients. (contacts and relationships)
- Effective time management.

Remuneration
Commission based.
