Roberto Princini, Head Chef at Restaurant Princini and the Southwest Metro's first chef to run a restaurant with two Segafredo Wheels. Achieving that position is a great accomplishment in itself. However, Roberto's attitude of perseverance and passion to serve you a sumptuous dinner is what demonstrates his determination to not limit your enjoyment of the Fall Feast and silent auction.
